Here are the terms of use ("Terms") for Doctorite.ai website (the “Website") operated by Doctorite Inc. (“us”, “we”, "our", "Doctorite"). We are registered in Texas, USA (Corporation number 804966409), and with our registered office at #1303, 18240 Midway Road, Dallas, TX-75287, USA

Please read these Terms carefully before you start to use the app or Website. By using the Apps or Website, you indicated that you accept these Terms, our Privacy Statement, and our Cookies Policy and that you agree to abide by them. User(s) Eligibility

User(s) means any individual or business entity/organization that legally operates in the US or in other countries, uses and has the right to use the Services provided by Doctorite. Our Services are available only to those individuals or companies who can form legally binding contracts under the applicable law. Therefore, user(s) must not be a minor, i.e. user(s) must be at least 18 years of age to be eligible to independently use our Services. Doctorite advises its users that while accessing the web site/ the application, they must follow/abide by the related laws. Doctorite is not responsible for the possible consequences caused by your behavior during the use of the web site/application. Doctorite at all times reserves the right to deny services.

User Accounts

The Provider agrees that Doctorite collects user data including name, email ID, contact details etc. to facilitate services. It is assumed that all information collected from the Provider is Correct & Accurate. Misuse and misrepresentation of identity or contact details will lead to automated termination of services or use of the platform without prior notice to such users. Doctorite reserves the full discretion to suspend your account in the above event and does not have the liability to share any account information whatsoever.

Usage Conditions

The Provider agrees to provide accurate information to Doctorite. Doctorite can verify the information provided and can choose to refuse the service or use of the Application / the Website without providing reasons. By using the Application or Website the Provider and Users agrees to:

  • Have understood the contract with Doctorite for Website / Application usage and have clearly understood the SERVICE REQUIREMENTS and CLARIFICATIONS.
  • Use the Application only for purposes stated in the contract. The authorized users of the Provider will not assign or otherwise transfer their credentials to any other person or legal entity nor use the Service or Application for unlawful purposes, including but not limited to sending or storing any unlawful material or for fraudulent purposes.
  • Not use the Service or Application to cause harm, nuisance, annoyance or inconvenience nor impair the proper operation of the network.
  • Not copy or distribute the Application or other Doctorite Content without written permission from Doctorite. The authorized users will keep their user account password information confidential.
  • Provide Doctorite with whatever proof of identity we may reasonably request. You will comply with all applicable laws from your city, State and the country while using the Application or the Service. In addition to other reasons mentioned under the Termination clause below, Doctorite reserves the right to immediately terminate the Service and the use of the Application should you not comply with any of the above rules.

Payment

You understand and agree that use of the Doctorite Services may result in charges to you for the services or goods you receive as a Provider bound by signed contractual agreement.

Representation, Warranties, Indemnification And Limitation Of Liability

  • Unless otherwise agreed by us in writing, the material and content displayed on the Platform/App/Website and Doctorite Services are provided “as is'' without any guarantees, conditions or warranties as to its accuracy or other terms of any kind.     • Any liability for any direct, indirect, consequential, special, incidental or exemplary loss or damage incurred by any user in connection with the Platform/App/Website and Doctorite Services or in connection with their use, or results of the use of the Website and Doctorite Services, any App/websites linked to them, and any materials posted on them, including without limitation any liability for:
    • Loss of income or revenue
    • Loss of business
    • Loss of profits or contracts
    • Loss of anticipated savings, the use of money or opportunity
    • Loss of data
    • Loss of goodwill or reputation
    • Wasted management, office time or personnel time
